I applied through Booz Allen's website and several weeks later was invited to a phone screen. This was pretty basic and just confirmed my eligibility to work in the US and asked for my salary requirements. The next week, I had a phone interview with the manager I would be reporting to. Questions were pretty standard interview questions - nothing difficult or surprising. The following week, I was asked to travel to Washington DC for an interview. There was no compensation for travel. I spoke to the same managers that did my phone interview. They asked me the same questions from my first phone interview verbatim. They were not particularly welcoming and did not seem enthused to be interviewing me.
