Applied through the company website. The first round of interview process was a recorded video interview with three minutes to answer each prompted question. The questions were basic and easy to answer if you do the research on the company.

First call through HR, then with the hiring team and finally with the team I would be working with.
Easy questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
I'd suggest doing some research on the company before the interview to have lots to talk about.

Entretien
The interview Process ended up taking about 6 months. You first go through an interview that weeds out people they do not think is broker material. Then you have to find a senior broker that it willing to hire and train you. This I was told can sometimes take up to a year.
