Had 2 separate panel interviews. First had 4 people on the interview the 2nd had 3 people. The panelists were from various different disciplines within the company: HR, Safety, Process Improvement were included. The questions varied greatly because of the panelists but for the most part they were fairly standard questions. The interviews were conducted via Zoom and each last 60 minutes.

First there was a resume review, followed by a phone interview. After passing the phone interview you are calling in for an in person interview. The in person interview was composed of three employees, the HR head, the team head, and one of the team's lower level associates.

Great Leadership and team, made me feel comfortable and asked questions pertaining to my experience. I met the city head and we spoke for 30 mins, this meeting was arranged by the executive director who is absolutely great.
