Making a video was required as the only interview stage. Very pleasant experience as I am quite creative and was a chance for me to showcase that part of me. I had the freedom of choice on what the team of the video should be so that made it easier as well. Editing out any mistakes at the end was a bliss as I was able to portray myself in the best light possible.
2 rounds- hr and team......, it was very pleasant to interview with them, very nice people loved the vibe, got an offer the difficualty was average tell me anything you want to know more
I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
