Very challenging to set up the first interview call w t recruiter. Could have been avoided is the recruiter provides the compensation range to focus responses. Will help both recruiters and candidates to not waste time.

I had previously worked for the company, then left for about a year. So this interview consisted of lunch with 1 person I had worked with previously and the person that was hiring. I was asked the usual interview questions about my goals, past experiences, etc, but in a less formal setting.
