Personality and Personal Questions during first interview.They ask you about what you have done, why are you interested in CBRE, strengths vs weaknesses, what do you want to do in life. They present the different programs and ask you which one you prefer and why, and ask you how would you contribute to the team. Than they ask you detailed questions of your previous experiences.

Straight forward and fair to navigate. I met with a few different employees including my future team leader and the managing director. They emphasized fit for the team, for the industry, and the client.

The process was 2-3 interviews. Every Interview got longer as time went on and you must expound upon what your skill set is. You must also give background on your real estate experience.

What are your aspirations for working for our company?
Very few steps, three interviews via zoom and phone call with the Recruiter and the Team Managers. It took about 1 month to have feedback about the process. Overall my experience was really good and I felt comfortable even though I was nervous.
