I felt as though I was included in the interview process only to get enough candidates to present to HR so that "their guy" would get the job. I noted several discrepencies in their engneering test that would affect the outcome but I didn't get a positive response. It seemd the interviewer was all engineer and not a "people" person - hardly any interaction just a test in an isolated room.

It was unacceptable 8 weeks 6 interviews received a letter I was rejected then management said I was hired completely disorganized. I had such high hopes and had always wanted to work for cbre it was very unfortunate.
