Easy questions, relaxed, based on customer service as this is a customer service/front of house role. Experince is customer service, front of house, hotel, conferenceing and events. Only two stage to the interview, this may have changed since I started but I had a interview with the manager then the supervisor.
Applied online, got contacted by a recruiter and was contacted by the hiring manager the following week. The hiring manager was very nice and professional. Overall, the experience was positive.

Process went quick. Interviewed with recruiter and then moved onto the next round the following week. Didn't hear anything after a week and half. Reached out to recruiter and got nothing back. It's been 3 weeks now...

How do you manage multiple tasks and urgent tasks?
Two step interview process. They will ask if you can travel to other locations or work weekends. General interview questions for customer service and organizational skills that you have. Not sure if it’s difficult or just lengthy.
