Campus hiring, two interviews; one at campus with an HR staff and the second at branch with staff. First interview was pretty much behavioral questions while second one was technical.

Phone interview followed by face to face. The process was simplistic. The interviewers didn't really know / could really explain the role being applied for. They were not really prepared.
