Entretien
First there was an online assessment of verbal and non verbal reasoning and a maths test. These were timed. Next I was invited to an interview which started with a group assessment and then after lunch was a 1:1 interview. In the assessment they looked for team working skills and in the interview you had to demonstrate you could work towards CGI values using examples from your CV and previous work
