I applied on-line and then was called to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was more or less them telling me about the position and asking if I'm interested. They paid for my travel to Virginia and for my hotel (I like in Georgia). I was there with about 10 other college students like me. Day 1 was a group dinner. On day 2 we watched presentations about benefits and had 3 1:1 interviews. Questions were non-technical and related to problems solving or behavioral type questions
