      It seems nearly impossible to go past recruiting. I have been rejected by the company multiple times for positions that are in line with my education, work experience, and career objectives. The entire process was more than a month long and three interviews. The first interview with a recruiter was short and introductory. The second interview was a panel interview and was comprised of technical and scenario based questions. The panel was comprised of area and site leaders. The third interview was with a director. Of the interviews the panel interview was most challenging. The interview with the director was in my opinion pointless - it was essentially the same scenario based questions again. One thing I noticed was the job description in the posting seemed very different than what was described by interviewers. My advice to candidates would be to ask questions related specifically to the day to day aspect of the job in order to make a well-informed decision in the event of a job offer. Another trend I have noticed is job postings are not updated frequently. I was immediately rejected for a job and politely requested feedback from the recruiter for the reasons surrounding the decision and was told the position had been filled. Whether this is true or not - I will not know but tracking positions on the company’s website shows many aged postings. If you are immediately rejected in the early stages, I would advise requesting feedback for clarity and to determine if the job was in fact even available at the time of application. Definitely prepare for the panel interview - there is not a way to “wing it” as the panel interview is technically challenging.
