was an easy interview process. Asked some questions about my customer service experience, handling situations under pressure, and ability to be on the phone/computer for long hours. Got back to me within 5 days.

Question 1
Are you able to sit at a computer for long periods of time and keep concentration?
The interview process is a simple two step process. The first round with the HR and the second round with the manager. Both of them online. With each step the response was quick.
2 rounds including basic questions, behavioral and role play as well to check communication and confidence. Overall, the questions were related to job and also relating to loan and accounting.
