The first round is meeting with the talent lead to screen my resume and give me information about the care.com business.
Then, talk with the manager about my background and learn details about the position, job duty, and team culture.
I am waiting for the third round.

Call with recruiter then 30 mins with hiring manager followed by pretty elaborate excel case study. Then case study review with hiring manager and another member of team. With final interview being a cultural fit interview with the other team member

Interview process was quick and had an appropriate amount of stages. Recruiters and team were quick to respond to any questions that I had and proactively reached out to keep me up to date on the status of application and interview process.
