The process consists in three interviews. The order would be one with a senior recruiter, then with a hiring manager, and finally with a top manager. The first interview was a phone call for about 45 min, mainly going through your CV. The next two are in-person interviews in the headquarters.

Entretien
Efficient - 3 rounds, fair and pleasant. Meeting two interviewers at each round enabled me to get a fairly good impression of the company's culture. The atmosphere during the interviews were very welcoming and led to very interesting discussions.

General sales questions, market trends assessment and personal questions about the work environment I thrived the most in.
There was a 20-30 minute introductory call during which the role was described in detail and questions were asked about my interest and relevant experience. The interviewer shared that my experience was very relevant and listed all of the perks for working for Cargill.

Entretien
Very Smooth to the point and very professional, It was a phone interview a made it sound very personal, very easy going yet had a professional conversation. The Interview took about half an hour and every minute was used.
