I was interviewed by 3 people in a conference room asking basic questions on how customer service was important to me. Then I was asked if I had been trained in Lean Sigma. Followed by more scenario type questions. Once all was said and done I left and received a phone call from the hiring manager about 2 Weeks later with my offer and start date.
