My interview process was fairly simple. We really focused just on my resume and previous experience and the manager was really sweet and was interested in who I was as a person and what my core values were. She did ask simple “what would you do in this situation” questions. But the interview was very friendly and natural.

Great communication went really well, I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation, particularly around the topic of growth within a company willing to challenge myself to better I want to take a chance with a company that wants to put me in a position to grow even more and that offers good benefits

Fairly easy, basic interview questions. Tell me about yourself, tell me what customer service means to you, tell me about a time you went above & beyond, tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer etc. I was hired on the spot!
