First round was a standard HR round at a separate company.
The second round was a short assessment center, at which there were four candidates being assessed. First, we had to introduce the person sitting next to us (after a 5 minute discussion with that person). Next up we were given a plane crash situation, where the team had to come up with ideas to survive. In the next part of the AC, we were individually taken into a room where we had to roleplay a situation over the phone, which involved a user calling for a new password. After this, we had to write an email on paper, in which we had to solve a problem regarding a user's acces to an IT system. All these situations had a briefing document, so if you read those carefully, you could perform well. Also, there was a general test, that covered common IT knowledge and problem solving.
The final round was with 3 people, 2 were leaders of subdepartments, and one was a team leader. In this round, they wanted to get to know me as a person, asked about my job and school experiences.
