Applied on Citi's website and received an email to schedule first round phone interview. Had a phone interview with an associate, lasted about 25 mins. Questions were mostly about experience, career goal, and motivation. In the end, he asked about Citi's recent news and development and my opinion, which I didn't prepare. Overall I thought I did ok but didn't get invited back for second round.
