I went through the following stages: -Employee Referral -Interview with HR: interview was with an HR representative and 5 other candidates. (Tip: read up on the role, latest news on Citi, be an active speaker) -Online tests: standard verbal, numeric and reasoning test -Interview with Group Heads: 3 one-on-one interviews. Mostly behavioral questions and questions based on your CV, some guesstimate questions as well. -Group debate and individual presentation: You get a couple of days to prepare for both. Be an active speaker during the debate. For the individual presentation, keep it concise and interesting to keep your audience attentive and engaged.

1 HR interview, 2 article readings and group panel, and last round is with hiring manager. HR and Hiring Manager are basic behavioral questions Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.
