You have to steps, 1st one is with the HR agent they ask basic question based on your Cv and your motivation for the application.And the 2nd step is with the Hiring Manager of the area, they will explain the job in detail and start with some question like your motivation, why they should hired you, etc. and then the analytical questions which to prove that you are able to develop your analytical skills.

Interview process was an initial phone screening with HR, and then a video panel interview with members of the team. They ask basic behavioral questions /such as why are you a good fit? Why Citi? Why Finance?
