An extremely long and rigorous process - I cannot believe the number of stages candidates have to go through these days.
Stage 1 - screening call with HR
Stage 2 - online assessments (numerical, sequences etc). I find it very frustrating to have to complete these when it has no bearing on a marketing role.
Stage 3 - first stage interview with HR based on Danone behaviours/values.
Stage 4 - second stage interview, as well as presenting pre-prepared task.
5 days I later received a phone call from HR confirming I had been unsuccessful. The feedback given was minimal, upon request I was told they'd ask for more feedback for me. To no surprise - I never heard from them again. This is thoroughly disappointing given the amount of time, research and work that was put into preparing for these interviews and putting together a presentation.
