Overall not very professional from the first email to the final feedback. A bit sad to see from a company that is supposed to be quality with a recruitment process like this.
The process stated with a teams meeting request with no context except for the subject (job title) and no attempt to find a time that works before sending the request. Unfortunately this seems to be company policy as it happened with two internships I applied to. The recruiter was kind and the questions interesting; however after both interviews, came the case study. This was a rather vague case study and a fair amount of work to do in less than 2 hours however this was not the largest issue... after 2 weeks or requesting feedback, or at least a timeline for the companies decision, it finally came (a rejection). This is life, of course, but there was never any constructive or detailed feedback as was promised and the whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. The company maybe better to work for but the interview process was very disheartening where it could have been a learning experience.
