It took a few weeks, I answered a few profile questions via e-mail, then I was asked for an interview with my direct manager and later with the local manager. We talked a lot about how I developed my skills over the years and with past experiences and how I would apply these skills in order to help the company grow. Overall, it was very down to earth, and I could feel the vibe right there: dedicated people united by a purpose and by the love of music.

I've applied online. The first interview was a phone interview with HR based in Paris.
The following 2 interview were in London with my future Manager. The final interview was on the phone with another Manager from my future team.

Dreadful. Promised an interview but had to chase multiple times. Failed still to arrange an interview with the role's line manager during their brief London visit. Eventually informed of an interview slot 70 miles away with 20 hours notice (I already work full time). During this "Interview"* I was assured an additional conversation with the line manager, to be arranged later that week. Failing on every promise and expectation so far, the experience only worsened when again it was I who had to request an update. Needless to say, the interviewer shifted blame on to HR and thanked me for the wasted day and train fare, informing me I wasn't successful. One last email on my part providing my feedback was completely misunderstood and once more some blame shifted on to "HR". Maybe the worst and most botched process I've been churned through and it was me having to crank the handle. Awful.
