The interview consisted of a presentation of the company, a one to one interview with my future manager, a mock sales call to check existing selling abilities, a group interview with 2 more candidates and a phone interview with another sales manager. One advise: be as natural and relaxed as possible.

Would you be able to make 15 to 20 sales calls a day and face angry customers?
Met with a panel of two senior team members who took turns in asking interview questions. It was a standard interview with common questions. They were trying to understand the emotional quotient of the interviewee.

The interview process as a whole wasn't too bad. It spanned a total of about a month and then I was reached out to about next steps rather quickly. Overall a great experience and a great company to interview with.

We had 3 interviews. The first one was just to know about me. Then they asked me how I would handle clients since this is a customer service role. I asked more questions and they liked it
