I applied for the job in June 2017 and didnt heard back until October 2017 and then I didnt have my first interview until November 2017. Then delay after delay the hiring manager didnt get back with me until MARCH 2018... I told the hiring manager that I had an offer on the table from another company and I needed to know basically yes or no as soon as possible... finally heard back two weeks later from someone in HR even though, the person that interviewed me said they would make sure to be sure to promptly letting me know the following Monday. Very disappointed that Dell would treat any candidate this way. Very glad I took the other job as soon as I walked out of the second interview though.
