I got a call from the recruiter without a notice, at 6:30 in the morning (since I live in Arizona), I did not answer thinking it was some spam call and there was a voicemail with name and number. Well at least he emailed me with his details after I did not answer. I responded to email and also called back to the number the same day with no response.
Emailed the recruiter again for the second time with no response.
I do not know if I would have gotten the job or not but it left me wondering how things would have been if I had answered the call.
This is no lottery, you reject a person after talking to them not because they did not answer a phone call

it was good as it was streamlined properly, Hr was humble in there response and helped in scheduling as per my availability, But i have to wait one complete day to complete my interview which could have shortened

Good and interactive. 3 rounds . Last one is techno manager round. But response from HR is less. Need to improve on that. Tight schedules. Coding and technical discussions especially on the projects.

Interview rounds were quick and medium-hard level, 2 Technical Rounds, 1 Mangerial Round.
Have to attend face to face interviews and not virtual.
DSA, LLD, HLD and behavorial aspects, all are evaluated thoroughly.
