I went through 2 rounds and got rejected for unknown reason
Round 1 - I was asked one coding problem and Java basics
Round2 - I was interviewed by a person who is from QA background. He asked very basic questions and I got to know that this person does not belong to development. I searched his profile on LinkedIn and confirmed that he has been working as QA. I don't know the reason why the company like Dell did it. Anyway I would not like to work in company where Lead/Seniors are not from development.

3) Spring boot basic/popular interview questions.
Phone screening with recruiter then straight to panel with the team. Overall the process was smooth and recruiter was very nice and kept me updated throughout the process. The panel was completely virtual

Speak with recruiter, then with hiring manager, then with someone on the team who does a job similar to mine, then technical panel with the rest of the team. Recruiter was main point of contact.
