I had a referral from the employee. The interviewer was not the boss, instead it was a director from other department. The first interview was a phone screen, and I waited for 5 weeks for the final result that I didn't get into the second round.

First interview was with HR Second interview was with HM Third interview was with a Peer The fourth interview with a Director who no showed. When I inquired with HR they said they would get back to me after they figured out what was going on. They remarked they apologized for his behavior and they would have to reschedule. Next week, they got back to me to say the position was filled but please let them know if I was interested in other roles. The exact position remained open another 6 months and there were over a dozen similar roles open at the exact same time.
