Good, had first phone interview with HR and directly went to a three person group face-to-face interview with two team members from DELL.
We had a consulting-like case interview and worked with other candidates to provide a solid solution to interviewers.

First pass was a screen by phone by HR. A couple of days later a screen call with the hiring manager. Afterwards an all day interview. One person at a time. Followed up with a 3rd phone interview.
