The interview process was well structured and took place in several stages. First, I had a phone conversation with the HR department, where I was given details about the company and the position. This was followed by an interview with the project manager, where we discussed my previous experience and working methodology. I then had a practical test in which I analyzed a case study and proposed an action plan. The final stage was an interview with the team or upper management, focused on soft skills and team compatibility. Overall, the process was efficient, transparent, and gave me a clear understanding of the expectations for the role.
