Very long interview process. Management does not have good communication at all. The in person interview feels more like a “competition” they expect you to “mingle” with flight attends however there’s only so many flight attendants to every candidate meaning there’s about 5-6 people circled around a flight attendant and one or two candidates will keep talking not giving anyone else a chance to answer. The whole experience overall was horrible. I would not recommend and I’m not being bitter, I’m being honest. Yes, deltas a good company but what they make you go through to get a job is absurd. You leave feeling mentally exhausting because the whole time you’re trying to compete with others. It feels more like a casting audition.

Why delta? They give you a cart excerise in a group where you have to work together as a team to put items where they go and the flight attendants observe you and are not aloud to speak to you.
