experience questions + one task on a white board, it was with a director and a software architect. a task war to arrange a string using simple C# implementation. all other questions were from .NET framework and past experience

I believe that a most difficult question was a task at a board to write a code - hate writing code on a boards. a task was to sort a string using available c# methodology

Entretien
The recruiter instructed me to park in their garage and the receptionist would validate it after the interview. The director was a no show and had someone from IT setup a teleconference and sit in on the interview. Then when I was leaving they refused to validate my parking, which was $15. Even though this role is hybrid, they told the recruiter they were going to pass because I had to leave at 3 to pick up my kid. Looking back over the two interviews, I definitely dodged a bullet with this organization…they had me take a 20 question paper exam 🤣🤣🤣

First interview had a paper exam with various questions about .NET, SQL, and JavaScript. Additionally, going over my experience/background.

Entretien
5 interviewers covering architecture, development, scrum practice, testing, and technology leadership, taking around half day. Some challenges at technology questions, but easier at SDLC management and tools to wire all together. Hiring manager was smart and kind; Interview was inspiring and decisive.
