The initial interactions with the recruiter and manager were positive, leading to a take-home coding exercise. Despite dedicating substantial effort, the follow-up was disappointing. Two weeks later, I received a generic email stating they won’t be proceeding with my application, without any feedback on the exercise. The lack of constructive feedback was a letdown, diminishing the overall positive start to the recruitment process.
