Entretien
I applied online thru the Edward Jones site for an opening in a local office. I was contacted by email within abour 2 weeks to set up a phone interview. I followed the link and selected a time from the list. On the selected date I was contacted by phone by an interviewer - she went over my application information in detail and asked a few questions - pretty straight forward. Within a week I was contacted by the Financial Advisor to interview for him.

Tell me about a time when you had to take initiative.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.

Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
