I applied mid December and a couple weeks later I was invited to do a video interview where you record yourself answering questions. Another week later I got a call from a recruiter and she emailed me documents to complete for my 10 year job history and a bunch of other stuff. That same week I got a call from the FA for an interview. It was fairly easy, more casual conversation, he was super laid back. A couple questions he asked me I don’t think are legal so I feel like HR needs to give basic training lol. Asked behavioral questions but again it seemed informal. The conversation went almost two hours! A week later I got a call that I was his top choice and wanted to hire me and expedite the process, so they sent me an assessment test. I completed it and didn’t hear back the following week so I called my recruiter. No response but then I received a rejection email. I got insider information that an internal on-call BOA ended up being hired on. I was really disappointed how they indicated I would be hired. Doesn’t matter though because I got a way better opportunity later that day. Whole process took about a month and half from the time I did the recorded interview.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
