I just got to the stage of the phone interview. After I applied online with a cover letter and a CV, explore Learning called me within 3 days to interview. The lady was friendly. It was more like a chat. But she had asked me quite a lot of questions which I wasn't prepared for, so that was the reason I was unsuccessful.

The interview essentially asked me how to answer a few basic maths and grammar questions. It wasn't particularly difficult, but it is important to know that you must be able to explain how to answer a question or how to break and answer down so that a learner can follow the steps.
