Maths and English Test, simple questions and then a 1:1 interview with a manager where they reviewed your experience and then a scenario test. I had to do a role play pretending I was teaching them a maths method and they didn’t understand. Then we went and worked with children on show floor

Good, quick and easy really nice interviewer. Do have to answer questions online before interview. You get told if you got the job while in the interview so good in that aspect.

Asked to engage with the children in a tutoring session and complete an English and maths competency test. Had to then have a 1:1 interview with the manager who asked how I support children with their learning.
