Submit an online application on the careers website. You will then be asked to complete an English and Maths assessment. If successful, you will be asked to record some video answers to a few questions. If successful on this, there will be an interview with a member of the company, which at the moment is via teams.

The interview essentially asked me how to answer a few basic maths and grammar questions. It wasn't particularly difficult, but it is important to know that you must be able to explain how to answer a question or how to break and answer down so that a learner can follow the steps.
