I had a initial, behavioral interview with two Exxon recruiters on campus right after my school's career fair. They will ask you to use the STAR method to answer their questions, so definitely familiarize yourself with that prior to the interview.
Overall, the questions were straightforward, nothing tricky, but be prepared to elaborate on your experiences and answer multiple follow up questions. My interview lasted around 45-50 minutes.

Very comprehensive and simple. They asked work related question and the duration for interview is around 30-60 minutes. During interview, there are 3 panels which are section manager, supervisor, and senior employee.

I had an interview with the hiring manager where we talked more about my experience and how it lined up with what they were looking for. They asked a few behavioral questions and gave me some scenarios to see how I’d handle them. There was a technical one too, which wasn’t too bad, and the whole process took a couple of weeks. In the end, they gave me feedback and let me know their decision. It wasn’t too nerve-wracking, just felt like a good conversation to see if we were a good fit for each other.
