The interview was in 3 parts, Initially there was first round where basic work accomplishments were discussed, then the second round was a panel of 6 people who carry a stress interview and last round was again to discuss the job requirement.
Fast, mostly about the future expectations and challenges, previous experience, salary, with exercises to solve. A conversation with a few people, who also shared exactly what is the job about, daily tasks

HR person seemed like not interested in having the call, very typical boring questions. Would be nice if the company also put some effort into this, not only candidates. Do not recommend.

Superficial, buscam apenas fluência no inglês a nível nativo, obviamente para jovens profissionais "Trainees" , formados em até um ano e recém repatriados de experiencias relacionadas com intercâmbios culturais internacionais com imersão no idioma inglês. Certo grau de arrogância por parte dos entrevistadores, com o uso de termos pejorativos como "Curitiboca" ao se referir a população nativa e críticas negativas quanto ao nível de inglês e elaboração do CV. Sou um profissional Sênior da Geração X e fui avaliado por jovens da geração Y, que obviamente tem outros valores.
