Applied online through the website. Then invited to Skype interview which was about 30 minutes of competency questions, then face-to-face interview at Southampton which was mainly competency with technical questions at the end.

Entretien
It was a very nice and smooth process that had the applicants experience as a priority. Started with an online application, followed by a Skype interview. After that we had an Experience Exxon day that consisted of talks, networking lunch and an interview.

Video skype interview which lasted 20 minutes about past experiences and skills. Found the process quick and easy however the interviewer was robotic and provided no opportunity to build a relationship.
