Through campus recruitment, waited for a few days after submitting application to hear reply from HR. 2 rounds of interview altogether - 1 with middle management, 1 with department heads

What soft skills do I adopt from CCAs and how do I apply it in university life
45 minute interviews with 5 different interviewers. Everyone was very nice and asked a mix of general questions and behavioral questions. This was for a position at one of their manufacturing facilities. A host will escort you and help you with any questions you have.

Entretien
The interview process was three fold - a "technical" interview with a couple unit leads, a leadership interview with the hiring managers, and a management interview with the overall AE group manager. I was flown out to Houston, put up in a nice downtown hotel, and driven to the Baytown campus for my interviews. Everyone was very inviting, it seemed to be a cooperative and learning atmosphere.
