Selected for interview on Campus Career Fair. on campus Interview for 55 minutes. poeple were smart, friendly, attentive, businesslike. Experienced in the hiring process.

Tell me a time when you lacked a resource to complete a task. What did you do? The result?
Very friendly and open-minded interviews in three steps. First management and directly afterwards on supervisor level, third on general management and HR level.
Questions were rather on general level, than technical expertise.

A sit down talk with a few technical leads, something like a panel interview, but less formal.
Questions asked were more on interest and fit, rather than technical expertise as it was just an internship interview.
