Exxon Mobil was recruiting at my university; applied on the university's job board and got called back for an interview a week later. Business formal attire, did not get the position. All behavioral; this interview is meant to test you as a person

Career fair on campus, took us out to breakfast the following week. Did interviews on campus afterword's. Two engineers were the interviewers very casual conversation but pretty intimidating. ( I need to reach 30 word count )

Talked to recruiter at career fair. Then in person behavioral interview (STAR) after college career fair. Then second interview over the phone, asking about experience, schoolwork, and job preferences. Never any technical questions.
