Interviews 1 and 3 were behavioral like: tell me about a time you lalalalala, and how did you solve it? Interview 2 was more Technical... I don't remember them exactly but here is what I remember: 1 - What drives oil prices? 2 - Name 3 competitors (1 upstream, 1 downstream, 1 chemical) 3 - Look at these 3 scenarios, which two projects would you go with and why? Why would you not choose the other one? 4 - Call out 3 items on the balance sheet and explain why they were different between 2019 and 2020? 5 - If the company decides to buy lalalala on cash/credit, how would that affect the statement of cash flows? 6 - What would be the journal entry for buying equipment with cash? 7 - What would be the adjustment to the same journal entry if we lalalala? 8 - Is having too much cash a bad thing?
