The interview was 2-hour long with 2 different interviewers. Each interviewer gave about 4-6 behavioral questions based on the list that the company gave. They could either jump straight to asking questions or they could have a small talk with you first.
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
