1 on 1 Zoom Interview with who I presumed to be a technical employee, she gave me 1 coding challenge to solve in 20 minutes and did not give much guidance/assistance/feedback during when asked (she seemed to be doing something else during the interview)

This was a remote technical assessment + brief behavioral questions. The interviewer seemed uninterested. The recruiters I spoke to in person were much more welcoming. This would definitely vary from person to person.
