I went through four rounds of interviews at fdm. The first was with HR. My HR was very helpful and provided me with a lot of advice and guidance. After the HR interview, there was an online test that involved coding. If I scored well enough on the online test, I would proceed to the in-person interview. There were two rounds of interviews. The first was a behavioral interview focused on understanding my values and the company's alignment. The second was a technical interview focused on my data processing and logic skills.

It was straight forward. After submitting your application on the portal, HR reached out around 2 weeks later for a screening. The call was approximately 20-30 minutes. Prepare for regular behavioral questions.
So far I did the first round of interviewing, it was a virtual interview and waiting to hear about next steps which will probably be an online assessment and then another interview.

3 Stages, two behavioral and one technical. The process was fairly quick, with all 3 interviews happening within one month; there was a large delay for the start date. It was about 6 months; nonetheless, it was a pleasant experience
