Super easy interview- no phone interview for me but video interview (video assessment)
I applied it online and then receiving phone interview invitation less than one week. The interview questions are mainly about the company, your background and your career goals. The process was easy and straightforward

2. One hour long assessment test: Sixteen question logistic and pseudocode based exam
3. Fifteen minute skype interview with Academy Trainer: Questions regarding your IT and technical knowledge and IT current events/news

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
